  1. Crushing moans would say there is no evidence for the claims. But reality is but an illusion for crusher. Who is asking the question?

  2. Not to “WORRY”!!
Since 1970 the amount of life in the oceans has dropped “”FORTY PERCENT” primarily to do expensive prolonged over fishing.
And in curtain locations it has been as much as “Ninety Two percent” reduction of curtain species .
All that means is when the boat sinks the chances or there will be less sharks.

      • This universe could be ___________
One of my favorites is this is just a practical exam in a class of fifty in number.
And the students have to construct a universe and sustain it for a minimum time of ten units if their time scale .

        LOL LOL LOL

      • Fantastic, so an outside agency created the universe of their choice. (students themselves being the outside agency) Something from outside the universe. Thus supporting Christian belief.

And that universe is within another yet large universe and another collection of creatures .
      ETC ETC .
Questions from such a situation .
How many failed the test ?
And what score would be allocated for this universe ?
And how many have passed the exam in total since the subject started?
And what are the job opportunities for making universe willy nilly?

So so many tangents for humor with added sarcasm.

      • The really funny thing is that you are actually the outside agency having them create the universe. Imagine it created in your image? Now that is funny.

  3. In a real sense, all life is inter-related. All persons are caught in an inescapable network of mutuality, tied in a single garment of destiny. Whatever affects one directly affects all indirectly. I can never be what I ought to be until you are what you ought to be, and you can never be what you ought to be until I am what I ought to be. This is the interrelated structure of reality.—Martin Luther King, Jr. (1929–1968)

  5. apologies Strewth, I didn’t get to Ballarat until about 5pm. and didn’t have internet where we were camped.

I trust you had a pleasant lunch. If the day weren’t so very disorganized I would have been pleased to dine with you.

We also did the Labertouche caves that week and didn’t get out till after dark. With no signage on the main road, and no indications on GPS for where the caves are, that day was likewise a timetable blown out of the water.

God bless you Strewth. Martin Luther was trained as a Catholic Priest. He later reformed his opinions of Priesthood and married according to natural order of god given desire. God Bless the former Martin Luther.

My opinions and views, expressed on this blog, are often diametrically contrary to that of the “gate keeper”. For the record, I have never been censored, edited or had a post refused on this site.

      • Ah Stu, then your torrid imagination can only conjecture what offensive smut i’ve smeared Islam with. You know Muhammad don’t you? The man who stood and contradicted Jesus Christ? At the great White Throne Eternal Seat of Judgement – where did it get him?
sorry to Strewth for not putting in a better effort though. those words, God willing, they always carry the day.

  6. Crusher reminds me so much of Kant who severely limits our powers of cognition and thus creates an unbridgeable gap between us and the world around us. It logically follows from his doctrine that our faculties are incapable of putting us in contact with true reality, and can only deliver to us a semblance of reality, if indeed there is any. Crusher, being the agent of his own universe, thus deletes God and places himself in place of God. Making himself god, he then knows all truth and all reality. Unfortunately for him he is the only one in his little universe.

    • There’s nothing in your comment that “logically flows” just a series of assertions piled up on top of each other.

And if you believe that what’s going on in your head is objective reality then there are some very good minds that would disagree with you.

“”A lot of the world is make-believe. We’re only aware of a fraction of what’s going on,” We have this impression of an expansive panorama in front of our eyes, but all we are ever seeing is an area the size of our thumbs at an arm’s distance. The rest is filled in, as the brain creates a stable environment.””

      Professor Bruce Hood

“When someone looks at me and earnestly says, “I know what I saw,” I am fond of replying, “No you don’t.” You have a distorted and constructed memory of a distorted and constructed perception, both of which are subservient to whatever narrative your brain is operating under.”

      Dr Steven Novella

      • You and Kant are friends then. Which means your comments also are but make believe, distorted reality and constructed perception. Who is actually really asking the question? Your statements are thus wiped away by themselves as something not real.
