  1. Pretty teenager doing black genre rap. Sums up here “pretty” well.
Campus politics depth. Let’s hug trees, tweet about campus oppression
Mark Steyn might just be the world’s most read columnist at this time. Maybe. I don’t even know how I try to ascertain a statistic on it.
He makes this remarkable, literally remarkable point, how can 147 separated out Christians be executed in Kenya and a president stand up and wag the finger about Christians being unloving at an Easter prayer breakfast.

Well. Obama is just like this ‘pretty’ white girl doing feel good perpetual teenage politics. Bloody corpses dishonored by not having their faith remembered specifically are ‘twice’ crucified.

Jesus sent Paul – very specifically. Paul very specifically warned about ‘twice’ crucifying the Son of God.

Ommmmmmmmmmmm. let us all listen to the learned experience wisdom of pretty teenage youtube sensations and not feel guilty about celebrating the irony of self celebrators denying their self celebrations on youtube and feel deep, meaningful and planet savers.

She is a pretty girl. And God made them. Would her ‘sermon’ sound deep at the funerals of 147 dead Kenyans? Would her “empathy” and “empowerment” move people, anyone, to tears?
Yes, I’m white and a sinner, guilty of not doing a youtube rap piece. I can’t haunt here. And if the Holy Spirit is gone, would anyone notice?

    • How miserable and cynical can you get PhillipGeorge? How do we identify cynical Christians? They would never be caught in public wearing the ridiculous T-shirt they got at that legalistic dating conference from earlier days in the youth group. Christian cynics would be humiliated if anyone found the old “What Would Jesus Do?” bracelet buried in their desk drawer. They would listen to the Christian pop music radio station only for laughs. They would try to avoid displaying too much emotion during a worship service or answering correctly too many questions at the Bible study, lest they suffer from the dreaded accusation of being “hyper-spiritual.

Cynics have been wounded, or at least frustrated, and their edgy spirituality is the spirituality of those whose spiritual wounds and frustrations have become infected, when their brokenness has soured into bitterness.

Went to Kevin Crombie’s book launch, Gallipoli-the road to Jerusalem, a couple of weeks ago.He struggles to get people to remember the Armenian slaughter. I didn’t realize Mount Arafat wasn’t always in today’s Turkey.
I was also in an audience of people clapping Moshe Dayan. He’s the one who handed back the Temple Mount/ to the Jordanian – you know – that was to secure peace!
Replacing the gospel of Jesus with teenage sentimentalism isn’t merely dangerous – history shows it’s deadly. But then Dom and I aren’t talking about the same Jesus. I suspect we aren’t either.

Help Kate? She appears to be senior high or college? Help her with her testimony? Help her reach her college age Christian family in Kenya or Nigeria? Help her ecumenicism with Islam? Help conservatives see the beauty of Islam? Is that last one it? Do you want your fellow Christian family to embrace Muhammad’s message? Or help Kate find love, commitment and fulfillment in modern American Culture?

The Parable of the Pharisee and the Tax Collector

Luke 18:9 Also He spoke this parable to some who trusted in themselves that they were righteous, and despised others: 10 “Two men went up to the temple to pray, one a Pharisee and the other a tax collector. 11 The Pharisee stood and prayed thus with himself, ‘God, I thank You that I am not like other men—extortioners, unjust, adulterers, or even as this tax collector. 12 I fast twice a week; I give tithes of all that I possess.’ 13 And the tax collector, standing afar off, would not so much as raise his eyes to heaven, but beat his breast, saying, ‘God, be merciful to me a sinner!’ 14 I tell you, this man went down to his house justified rather than the other; for everyone who exalts himself will be humbled, and he who humbles himself will be exalted.”

      • The Bible on unconditional love

God’s love, as described in the Bible, is clearly unconditional in that His love is expressed toward the objects of His love (i.e., His people) despite their disposition toward Him. In other words, God loves because it His nature to love (1 John 4:8), and that love moves Him toward benevolent action. The unconditional nature of God’s love is most clearly seen in the gospel. The gospel message is basically a story of divine rescue. As God considers the plight of His rebellious people, He determines to save them from their sin, and this determination is based on His love (Ephesians 1:4-5). Listen to the Apostle Paul’s words from his letter to the Romans:

“You see, at just the right time, when we were still powerless, Christ died for the ungodly. Very rarely will anyone die for a righteous man, though for a good man someone might possibly dare to die” (Romans 5:6-8).

Even ‘sinners’ do that. And if you lend to those to those from whom you expect repayment, what credit is that to you? Even ‘sinners’ lend to ‘sinners,’ expecting to be repaid in full. But love your enemies, do good to them, and lend to them without expecting to get anything back.”

I note that David Koresh read the bible as well. What does that tell you? I note that Satan Quoted scripture, what does that tell you? I note that Jehovah’s witnesses and Mormon’s quote the bible, what does that tell you?

Synagogue of Satan is an interesting concept: a religious house of worship owned and operated by Satan.

Keeping Jesus’ commandment to love one another as He has loved us certainly begs the question, “For whom does Bryan intend to bleed and die?” If Jesus is the standard and this is the particular law he wishes to invoke at this time in his life and point in history.

Of course no where in scripture does it record Jesus telling anyone that he loved them unconditionally. He did call his mother “woman” and said “what have I got to do with you?” I hope you don’t find this confusing. But Islam is founded on blasphemy and lies. It is a house broadly divided between Sunni and Shia. Kumbaya singers aren’t really referring to allah. Between Islamic slave traders, raiders, the invasion of Europe and North Africa and India/Pakistan, the Philippines etc I rank Islam the biggest single cultic killer of them all.

the fact Jesus prophesied there would come those thinking that killing would be doing God a service – seems to have come to pass many many different ways.

I hope you don’t find these words confusing; multi culti politics, pseudo religious psycho babble, is a direct insult to Jesus – something He may forgive. The blasphemy against the Holy Spirit in Islamic doctrine? Perhaps you know!
