2014 in review

The WordPress.com stats helper monkeys prepared a 2014 annual report for this blog.

Here's an excerpt:

The Louvre Museum has 8.5 million visitors per year. This blog was viewed about 83,000 times in 2014. If it were an exhibit at the Louvre Museum, it would take about 4 days for that many people to see it.

  1. I been to the Louvre Museum. I got lost and stumbled across it. Paris is the only city I know that has 5 streets that come into an intersection.

  2. I got lost in Paris once too. Late at night, no-one spoke English (or refused to) but I found a policeman. I stood over a puddle making gestures, and he appeared to have got the message.
After following him through alleyways, up stairways, down embankments…. we finally arrived at our destination…. a brothel !

The Louvre and Moulin Rouge were great. The Metro system was cool too.
