  1. “The Spirit of the Lord is upon Me,
    Because He has anointed Me
    To preach the gospel to the poor;
    He has sent Me to heal the brokenhearted,
    To proclaim liberty to the captives
    And recovery of sight to the blind,
    To set at liberty those who are oppressed;
    19 To proclaim the acceptable year of the Lord.” (Luke 4:18-19)

    Optic nerve atrophy
    His eyes :- perfect
    His optic nerve :-massive deterioration from his mid teens
    Rode his bike into the back of a car parked in the shade of a tree on a bright sunny day.
    Asked by the principle to leave school and get a job because he could not see the black board clearly.
    Granted a “BLIND PENSION” before twenty .
    A dead my only sibling at “TWENTY TWO” hit by a car
    Aaah a Miracle .
    The miracle of having a defect .

  3. “The Healing Light” was a favourite book of mine since it was published in 1947 by Agnes Sanford. There is a web-site at http://heyjoi.tripod.com/

    Wikipedia says-
    “Agnes Sanford
    From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

    Agnes Mary White Sanford (1897-1982) is considered to be one of the principal founders of the Inner Healing Movement. She was the daughter of a Presbyterian missionary in China and the wife of the Episcopal priest Edgar L. Sanford. Her first book, The Healing Light, is often considered a classic in its field. Sanford was the mother of John A. Sanford (died 2005), the Jungian analyst and author.

    Sanford was a key figure in the Charismatic Movement in the United States during the 1960s through to about 1980, mainly through her writing. Her books include an autobiography titled Sealed Orders.”

    There is also the Inner Healing Movement associated with her and her husband.
